The company’s net consolidated total income stood at Rs 100.08 crore in Q2 FY22, a dip of 8 per cent from Rs 109.32 crore it registered in the similar quarter last year.
Dhaval Ajmera, director of the company said, “We are on path of debt reduction. There are launches scheduled for three new projects this year.”
A total of 1.3 million sq ft that includes the residential projects at Wadala & Ghatkopar in Mumbai and the residential-cum-commercial project at Pune are set for launch while the residential project Nucleus in Bengaluru is estimated to be completed in January 2022. The company is also in the final stages of a new acquisition in Mumbai, it said in a media release.
